Description
**Describe the Feature**
This is something that I need in Galyleo, but, more generally, this is a nice component for lots of people and it would make a good tutorial example. A standard file (or other) browser will be a list of items, often with a trash can or x to denote deletion, a popup menu indicated by three dots, and clicking on an item will often open it up in a new tab. This is incredibly common, and it would be easy for me to do with an HTML Morph, which is probably how I will do it. _But_ it would be a nice demo to build for people, and a description of how it's built would make a good tutorial
**Graphics**
The Google Drive Browser is a pretty primitive example

Research direction
Start by examining how an HTML Morph could support the editable URL list described in the issue, using the Google Drive Browser as the visual reference. Define the component's item, deletion, menu, and new-tab behavior, then document the finished example as a tutorial.
