Darkmode/Lightmode

This ticket covers two problems:
1. Is the introduction of a light/dark mode dispatch for style policies in the system (which can be either controlled by a custom toggle in lively or the system default exposed via the browser).
2. Is the thorough creation of a dark and light theme for the entire lively studio UI. This will become simpler once the component architecture supports more abstractions such as color palettes or templates.
