Partsbin does not update open inspector window of part when refreshed

Description
If an inspector window is opened for a part and it shows outdated version information, refreshing the partsbin (by clicking the refresh button) does not update the version information shown in the inspector window. One needs to select another part fiorst and then go back to the original part for version info to be updated
