Lose splits by cancelling the property window

The following sequences reset splits without saving the attempt

1. Start the timer with the property window for LiveSplit One opened
2. Exit the property window with the _Cancel_ button

Or

1. Start the timer with the property window closed
2. Open the property window
3. Exit the property window with the _Cancel_ button

This is probably undesirable. Though I suspect you may not have a ton of control on this.

If it can't be solved, I suppose it should be part of the documentation. What do you think?

Reproduce both sequences in OBS Studio with the LiveSplit One source, then trace how the property window's Cancel action handles the running timer and splits. Done means cancelling no longer loses splits, or the limitation and workaround are documented if it cannot be changed.
