Description
LiveSplit One already has support for using WebSockets to connect autosplitters, it would be very convenient to be able to store the autosplitter settings inside the `.lss` file itself and have LiveSplit send it to the server when loading a run, as opposed to managing them separately.

Research direction
Start by tracing the existing WebSocket autosplitter connection and the `.lss` run-loading path. Determine where autosplitter settings are stored and where the server receives messages; done means settings from the loaded run are sent to the split server without separate management.
