Description
For the past 5 years I've been using Livesplit for my Trackmania speedruns. Global Hotkeys were bothering me when I wasn't playing as I like easy-to-remember hotkeys on my numpad.
I therefore installed the FocusedHotkeys component to enable these hotkeys only ingame and I've never add a hotkey activation issue since. Problem is I made layout files and tutorials on some of the games I moderate on speedrun.com, and despite talking about the FocusedHotkeys component in my tutorials, I regularly receive messages from new players who can't open my layouts.
I guess I'm not the only one using FocusedHotkeys out here and I think it is such a fundamental component that it should already be there when you install Livesplit from its website.

Research direction
No file or test is named in the issue. Start by locating the installer or pre-installed component configuration and the existing FocusedHotkeys component; verify how website-installed components are packaged. Done means a fresh Livesplit installation includes FocusedHotkeys and users can open layouts that depend on it.
