Description
I see that an error was fixed recently: 8f6a5a95f9823c5a39ce50ad0451af8896371ae8
However, the quicklisp january version still contains the error and does not allow loading `plot/vega`.
As a long term fix and for users who want the bleeding versions of the libraries, could you please add `plot` as well as other libraries to [ultralisp](https://ultralisp.org/)?
