Description
I followed the documentation to install quicklisp and lisp-stat, then tried to follow the examples. The command `(ql:quickload:ips)` gave an error `System "ips" not found`. I couldn't find any files for this package anywhere. Is it missing, or am I missing something important (which is possible)?

Research direction
Start by locating the notebook used by the examples and comparing it with the installation documentation; verify how IPS is obtained and loaded. Done means the notebook itself contains clear download and setup instructions that let a reader load IPS and follow its examples.
