Description

For example, kubectl can be installed via curl -LO "https://dl.k8s.io/release/$(curl -L -s https://dl.k8s.io/release/stable.txt)/bin/linux/amd64/kubectl" or apt-get

So, it would be great if we let users to choose.

Research direction

Start by tracing the existing tool installation and download flow, then identify how alternative sources such as the shown curl command and apt-get could be represented. Clarify the supported package-manager choices and selection interface before changing code. Done means users can choose among available installation methods for tools with multiple options.
