Description
rust-norion is an open-source Rust AI control-layer prototype. It explores the layer around inference: model/routing policy, memory admission and recall, reflection loops, runtime adapter boundaries, evidence gates, rollback, and auditable self-evolution.
This may fit the AI development framework / agent / infrastructure part of the list rather than a consumer AI app category.
