add signals:
newTabViewRequested: one tab is draged vertically and need to create a new tab view.mergeTabRequested: one tab from another tab view is draged into this tab view .
add properties:
currentItem: the current ListElement of the ListModel in LingmoTabView.
add functions:
setCurrentArgument: set theargumentattribute ofcurrentItem.
