Cant format a LTO-6 tape on a Tandberg LTO-6

@piste-jp is already working on this.

Since Mar 23, 2022.

i cant format a tape, it keep on failing with some scsi error..
i have tried now two different controllers, in ltfs for windows i can format the tapes without any errors, with both controllers.
One Dell and now one lsi one, both in it mode.

Any suggestions?
