Cannot create a file or a symlink that has US (0x1f) character in the name.

LTFS returns an invalid argument error.

Expected behavior

Accept the filename and write to an index aaa%1faaa with percent encoded flag.

Research direction

No source files or tests are named. Reproduce the filename case in bash, then trace LTFS's filename validation and index encoding; done means creating a file or symlink containing 0x1f succeeds and the index records it as aaa%1faaa with the percent-encoded flag.
