### Bug description
The webpages are not accessible for me:
https://github.com/Lightning-AI/pytorch-lightning/issues/new/choose
When I click on `Ask a Question` I come to a page where I cannot ask a question. When I log in I am getting a grey screen that says essentially `Welcome back`, with no other content.
When I click on `Chat with us` I get a page that says `Invite Invalid`. When I do `Verify by email` it says, this email is already verified. On and otherwise empty page. When I give another email address I get `You are changing your e-mail address to fast`. The tools seems broken.
