Request to support MedGemma and MedSigLip
A tuned to medical task model based on [Gemma](https://deepmind.google/models/gemma/medgemma/) and SigLip vision encoder. The model has variant 4B and 27B, pretty lightweight and is popular in usecase of Medical LLM.
