Description
So I don't know how else to put this but on the newer nvidia drivers the monitor is showing kbps of data. So I reinstalled windows after a lot of reseating including resetting cmos to see if my gpu was faulty. The gpu driver shows Rx/tx at 4000-5000mbps for both. But as soon as I update to the latest nvidia drivers (with and without nvclean) I get max 14-20 kbps of data in the hardware monitor. I don't know if it's the hwm itself or the driver issue. Is there any other known hwm to get those numbers to cross check?

Research direction
Reproduce the report on Windows with the latest NVIDIA drivers and compare LibreHardwareMonitor's GPU Tx/Rx readings with the NVIDIA driver values and another hardware monitor. Done means identifying whether the discrepancy is in the monitor or driver handling and recording the confirmed behavior or required fix.
