Description
Arguably my largest problem with PDF reports is they make a good contributions process hard to follow.
Functionality that could be useful (potentially separate into multiple issues later)
- Annotating / highlighting sections of the report
- Clipping & Sharing sections of the report
- Addressing (via url or otherwise) sections of the report
- Rich-media Attribution of testimony, content etc
