Description
Plots in comparePromiscuousSpecific, geneExprDist_hierarchy. Some figures are missing axes/titles that would be helpful for the end user. Some functions have verbose flags, others don't, might be nice to use uniform parameter name for whether figures should be displayed or not by each method.

Research direction
Locate the comparePromiscuousSpecific and geneExprDist_hierarchy functions and inspect how their figures are assembled.
