http://lczero.org/ looks like the project is dead:
A new message is needed to explain the situation, with a link to http://testserver.lczero.org/

We had hoped to restart training Leela with what we learned on the test server, but life and TCEC happened. As the best networks are now coming from Test Server, we are sending all your valuable training games there for now.
Once we have had a chance to catch our breath, we will do something better.
Once again we thank you. Leela Chess Zero would not be what it is without you, our valued contributors.
