Description
Text states: "1. Get the Starter Code. In Canvas, Graded Assignment #2: TechJobs (Object-Oriented Edition) contains a GitHub Classroom assignment invitation link, and then set up the project in Visual Studio. Refer back to the GitHub Classroom instructions from Assignment #0: Hello, World! for details."
We are no longer using GitHub Classroom for assignment invitation, so this section will need to be updated with a link to the appropriate starter code repo. (Might be this repo?)

Research direction
Start from the Getting Started section at the linked TechJobs (Object-Oriented Edition) assignment page and locate its source in this Hugo curriculum repository. Verify whether CSharp6-TechJobs-OO is the appropriate starter-code repository, then update the instructions and remove the obsolete GitHub Classroom guidance. Done means the section links to the correct starter code and accurately explains how to obtain it.
