Description
need to introduce the --urls flag in this studio
command should be:
$ dotnet run --urls http://*:<port>
$ dotnet run --urls http://*:5000
$ dotnet run --urls http://*:80 <--- preferred
in-person studio: instructor must use this command for students to connect over WLAN
remote studio: student must use this command for connecting over WLAN from phone / other device
