BotSentry fails to copy the quotation marks after updating the config

Hello, yesterday i've updated bot sentry (will be revered to as "BS") to the latest version, and BS again failed to copy over the quotation marks from the old config to the new config causing a massive console spam. This has happened to me multiple times in the past with different versions, and it was always the same line that's doing this - every other line is ok (or at least it did not cause BS to freak out) weren't copied. Even stranger is that it happened only on one proxy, the other one was copied just fine (Don't know if it always happens on the same proxy).

Technical Info:

• Running 2 proxies (synced via RedisBungee ofcourse) all running the same plugins
• Both proxies were running regular BungeeCord 1.18
• Updating BS from v9.4.2 (it could be from v9.4.1, not really sure which one) to v9.5.1 (Both the Thanatos version if it somehow matters)
• Problematic config path: consolefiltering.custommsg
