Description
Hello!
Apparently, I can't host a game due to this issue, I get this warning msg saying ''Could not change display topology''
it shows up after the client connects, resulting in a black or white screen on the client side with the audio working fine.
I tried to use software encoding just to emulate sunshine behavior which is working flawlessly, but the problem remains.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the warning after a client connects, noting the black or white client screen and working audio. Compare hardware encoding with the reported software-encoding behavior; done means the client receives a visible game stream without the display-topology warning.
