Research direction
Start by reproducing the failure when selecting the NVIDIA or AMD encoder, using the reported error `Couldn't find any encoder matching [nvenc]` as the initial checkpoint. Trace how the GPU encoder setting is passed to the server and confirm that selecting a supported encoder no longer produces the error.
