### Bug Summary
When an effect track is automated, the automation clip shows the track's original name on creation, not its current name. Resetting the name of the clip also always defaults it to the original name, even rearranging the tracks doesn't work.
### Expected Behaviour
The name of the automation clip should be the same as the track name.
### Steps To Reproduce
- Open new project
- Add a new effect track
- Rename the track
- Add an automation clip controlling its volume
The automation clip shows the track's original name.

Research direction
Reproduce the issue in LMMS by creating, renaming, and automating an effect track, then inspect how the automation clip obtains and resets its name. The work is done when the clip name follows the current track name, including after renaming or rearranging tracks, and the behavior is covered by a regression test.
