SF2Player does not support MIDI CC.

### Expected Behaviour

Sf2Player should respond to MIDI CC parameters.

### Steps To Reproduce

1. Load a soundfont that supports MIDI CC modulation, [like this one](https://files.catbox.moe/bmq6no.sf2)
2. Open the MIDI CC rack
3. Adjust relevant parameters

Start by locating the SF2Player implementation and the MIDI CC rack, then reproduce the issue with the supplied soundfont on LMMS Nightly. Trace how MIDI CC parameters reach SF2Player and compare the observed behavior with the expected modulation response. Done means relevant MIDI CC controls affect the soundfont as expected and the reproduction steps no longer show the reported failure.
