Description
### Enhancement Summary
Add OpenUtau voicebank support as a module for LMMS.
### Implementation Details / Mockup
I recognize this would take quite a bit of doing, especially to get the pitch adaptive layer onto the piano roll, but it would be really nice to be able to load Utau voicebanks into an Utau module in LMMS. OpenUtau is MIT licensed, so it is licence compatible with LMMS.
Adding the vibrato pitch drawing layer to the piano would have added advantages to other instruments as well since being able to pitch bend by just adjusting the path of a line would make more expressive input more intuitive.

Research direction
No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by surveying LMMS's existing instrument modules and piano-roll implementation, then determine how OpenUtau voicebanks and the pitch-adaptive vibrato layer would fit. Done would require agreed scope and working voicebank support with the proposed expressive pitch editing.
