### Bug Summary
When playing E-Drums LMMS skips/ignores/misses every second hit during a double tap, while the first hit is correctly played.
The issue happens ONLY when I hit the SAME pad twice, this doesn't happen when hitting two different pads fast.
May this be linked to #6282 ?
### Expected Behaviour
The second hit should be played
### Steps To Reproduce
Use an E-Drum set, connect as a track input source, hit the same drum pad twice

Research direction
No source file or test is named. Start by reproducing the issue with an E-Drum set connected as a track input, comparing rapid hits on the same pad with hits on different pads; trace the MIDI input path, and consider #6282 for related context. Done means two rapid hits on the same pad both produce notes.
