Description
### System Information
Arch Linux
### LMMS Version(s)
1.3.0-alpha.1.872+ab050b8
### Most Recent Working Version
None
### Bug Summary
Tooltips are inconsistent, which is expected since the output is mixed down to mono in the first place.
There is also a gui bug where there is a double tooltip sometimes.
### Expected Behaviour
Left should go to left and right should go to right, assuming the plugin is actually stereo.
### Steps To Reproduce
Open up FreeBoy, disable or turn down SO1 or SO2.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the issue in FreeBoy, using the SO1 and SO2 controls to check the reported channel behavior and duplicate tooltip. Trace the FreeBoy audio output and related GUI tooltip entry points; done means left and right channels route correctly and the duplicate tooltip no longer appears.
