Piano-roll: include note detune in 'last note' property

i couldent find a better term than note-property, but the idea is to include a notes detune-values, in those properties that is inherited to 'Last-note'. This would mean that if a user left click on an existing note, that has a detune-profile, then the next note he left-create, will be created with that detune-profile. This would inhance workflow. Now the detuned-note need to be copy-pasted, and thats good! -but included in 'Last-note' would be better.

Done means a selected note’s detune profile is applied to the next newly created note.
