Description

### System Information

Windows 11 24H2

### LMMS Version(s)

LMMS 1.3.0 alpha.1855+346ee60

### Most Recent Working Version

### Bug Summary

I'm using the latest nightly build and when I try to use something like a chorus effect in the effects chain, the effect is significantly delayed, like the base note will play first, then all the other voices will follow.

### Expected Behaviour

The effect should give the voices at the same time as the base note.

### Steps To Reproduce

Step 1: Create a TripleOscillator.
Step 2: Add "Multivoice Chorus" to the Effects chain.

Research direction

Start by reproducing the issue in LMMS 1.3.0 alpha.1855+346ee60 on Windows using a TripleOscillator with Multivoice Chorus in the effects chain. Trace the Multivoice Chorus effect from the effects-chain entry point and determine why its voices follow the base note. Done means the voices are produced at the same time as the base note.
