Play instrument presets automatically with the up/down keys.

### Enhancement Summary

Samples play automatically when you navigate with the up/down keys, and you can also play any sample and preset by pressing the spacebar. However, presets don't play automatically with the arrow keys.

It would be very useful if you could automatically play presets with the arrow keys. If it does this for samples, why not for presets?.

Start by tracing the existing up/down navigation behavior for samples and the spacebar behavior for samples and presets, then compare how preset navigation is handled. Done means pressing the up/down keys automatically plays the selected preset, while existing sample playback and spacebar behavior remain intact.
