Description
### Enhancement Summary
Add a zooming in feature for the slicerT so you can put each note more precisely on a moment in the sample rather than being super zoomed out. Adding a tempo matcher would also fix it where when you set the sample tempo, it puts points on every quarter beat or some other beat.
### Implementation Details / Mockup
add a option to zoom in or add a option to put if the slicerT does a note at every quarter beat, eight beat , etc . . .

Research direction
Start by locating the slicerT implementation and reviewing how sample timing and note placement currently work. Clarify whether zooming, tempo matching, or both are in scope, then define acceptance cases for precise placement and quarter- or eighth-beat subdivisions; no test or file is named in the issue.
