Description

### Enhancement Summary

1, Current location of piano roll notes need to sync with Song Editor timeline indicator automatically (Currently I need press Space key or click "Play" button to make the target notes area jump to the center). See the video for details.
2, And piano rolla's timeline indicator aslo need a switching option for sync with Song Editor timeline indicator .

### Implementation Details / Mockup

1,Add a switch option for sync on the top bar of Song Editor or just integrate it into AutoScrolling button.

2,The same for piano rolla's timeline indicator.
