Research direction
Reproduce the issue with an audiofileprocessor on Windows 10, comparing the Open Audio File popup with the sidebar when an OGG file is present. Start by tracing those two file-selection entry points and verify that the fix makes OGG files visible and loadable from the popup as well as the sidebar.
