Pin tabs when changing instruments

### Bug Summary

The instrument tabs (Plugin, Envelope, Chord, Effects, MIDI and Tuning) do not remain marked when you change from one instrument to another with the "Next and Previous" arrows, but rather they remain in the last tab selected in each instrument and This is annoying and impractical for those who have many instruments and make many changes to their instruments.

### Expected Behaviour

That the selected tabs remain marked on all instruments. or make a configuration option for this improvement.

### Steps To Reproduce

1- Open LMMS
2- Create or open a multi-instrument LMMS project
3- Open each instrument and switch to different tabs (Plugin, Envelope, Chord, Effects, MIDI and Tuning)
4- Then switch to other instruments with the "Next or Previous" arrows.

Start by reproducing the issue in LMMS with a multi-instrument project, switching among the Plugin, Envelope, Chord, Effects, MIDI and Tuning tabs before using the Next and Previous arrows. Trace the instrument editor's tab selection while changing instruments. Done means the selected tab remains consistent across instruments, or a clearly documented configuration option is provided.
