Description

Bug Summary

A pattern I have causes a sudden sharp signal in the right channel of the mixer (or a click sometimes) when played. This seems to happen on the overlap of notes. I cannot distill it further. It also happens only with AudioFileProcessor tracks.

Steps to reproduce

weirdbug.zip
Extract this zip file. Run the project in LMMS 1.3 the latest build.
Play any of the patterns.
Observe the mixer.

Expected behavior

Pattern plays as expected without artefacts.

Actual behavior

There is a visible signal boost in the right mixer, or a sound, or a similar behaviour.

Affected LMMS versions

Latest master built from source (debug). MSVC build. Doesn't occur on 1.3 alpha.

Research direction

Extract weirdbug.zip and reproduce the issue in the latest LMMS master build by playing its patterns. Start at the AudioFileProcessor track processing path and compare the behavior with LMMS 1.3 alpha. Done means the patterns play without the right-channel signal boost, clicks, or other audible artefacts.
