Description
This is a pretty simple issue; I noticed in an earlier thread (https://github.com/LMMS/lmms/issues/3601) that the team had already worked out getting the app signed, but when I ran it, that wasn't the case. This sadly makes it impossible to run the app on my school laptop.
I'm running Ventura 13.4.1, and using the 10.14 build on the latest release. Are there any plans to get the app signed and notarized?

Research direction
Start by reading the linked issue #3601 and inspecting the 10.14 artifact from the latest release on macOS Ventura. Trace the release process that produces that artifact and identify where signing and notarization are handled. Done means the distributed app is signed, notarized, and can launch on Ventura without the reported restriction.
