Description
Hi
I've plugged in my keyboard, and it recognises it and shows activity when play keys. However, when I've tried recording midi in the piano roll using the 'Record notes from midi device' button, it doesn't work.
It works the first time, but when I try to to add the second track, the record midi button doesn't seem to work (1min 12 sec). When I close the program down, it allows me to do one midi recording and then the same thing happens...
I've tried fixing by reinstalling, but this doesn't work.
Please advise
Thanks

Research direction
Start by opening the attached Test LMMS - Recording Midi.zip in LMMS and reproducing the failure when recording a second track after the first MIDI recording. Compare the behavior across a restart and determine which MIDI or piano-roll recording component prevents the second recording; done means successive MIDI recordings work reliably.
