Description
I could not find a request like this, I searched for "effects grouping" and "effects sorting"
### Enhancement Summary
When we add an Effect to an instrument, we get a "add effect" dialogue that has 2 sorting categories; Name and Type. I'd like to propose a 3rd category where the user could add/edit/remove a description of what the effect/plugin is, for example: Reverb, Delay, Distortion, etc.
#### Justification
Sorting and organization to improve workflow speed.

Research direction
Start with the add-effect dialog and inspect how the existing Name and Type categories are represented and sorted. Determine where effect/plugin descriptions could be added or edited, then verify that the effects list can group by those descriptions. Done means users can manage descriptions and use them to organize effects as shown in the mockup.
