Original LMMS plugins loaded from lmms/plugins/ladspa are not shown to effects chain add list on msvc-recompiled LMMS
Steps to reproduce
Compile LMMS with MSVC and run with putting plugins at lmms/plugins/ladspa
Expected behavior
Able to see and use plugins added
Actual behavior
Plugins are seen at Tools>LADSPA Plugins Brower, but didn't appears on effect chain's available list

Testing on master branch
At 1.2.2 is working properly (Duplicated Plugins)
