Waves Vst effects fail to load under linux (debian 11)

Reproduce the failure on Debian 11 by selecting the CLA-2A effect, then compare the result with the supplied WavesLib1.1_11.0_Win64.dll and shared-memory log messages. Trace the loading path for the CLA-2A.bundle and determine what prevents the effect from loading; done means the effect loads successfully under Linux.
