Open & Save Windows Have Tiny Icons When Using Default Theme

When you open any kind of Open or Save type of windows in the "Default" theme the icons to the right of the path field are tiny and can barely be seen.
However, if you load up the "Classic" theme the icon sizes in these windows are slightly larger allowing them to be seen a little easier.
The reason why these icons are able to be larger in the "Classic" theme is that the path field is actually shorter allowing more room for icons.
Probably should make the path field in the "Default" theme shorter as well and increase the icon size.
If a longer path field is desired, then you can also combine the two view icons and just make them a toggling icon since there are only two views.
Either way both themes should be the same for consistency.
