Edit Mode(Move) Inconsitent Use Piano Roll vs Song Editor

*Note:* There are similar bugs but I could not find an exact match.

### Bug Summary
Inconsistent use of the same named mode, "Edit", between the Song-Editor and the Piano-Roll.
#### Steps to reproduce
If you are in the song editor and you change to Edit mode by clicking the Edit mode button. You then select the tracks that you want to move and then left click and drag a track to move all of the tracks. But in the Piano Roll you select Edit mode, select the notes and then have to change to Draw mode before you can left click and drag the notes to move them.
#### Expected behavior
I would like for there to be 1 consistent way to use Edit mode for the process of moving notes or tracks.
#### Actual behavior
You have to know that the button which has the same icon in both windows works very differently for the process of moving things.

1.2.2 Official Linux x86_64

Sorry I did not test master, I have not taken the time to setup to compile LMMS.
