### Bug Summary
When opening a project that has the VSCO2 Orchestra VST it doesn't seem to load it and the GUI of the VST is empty.

#### Steps to reproduce
* Install the VSCO2 plugin
* Open the project

* If you play the Cello and Flute don't work, and if you see the VST GUIs they are empty like in the screenshot
