Velocity value display on Beat+Baseline editor

Presently, the velocity is indicated by the brightness of the beat bar. It's a bit difficult to distinguish the values (Refer attached screenshot, all the beat bars have different velocity values ). May be we can display a number to indicate the velocity. It could be in a range of [0 - 25 ]. Presently, its ~14 steps.

Start by locating the Beat+Baseline editor and the code that renders beat-bar velocity. Review how the current brightness and velocity steps are calculated, then determine where a numeric value can be displayed. Done means the editor visibly shows distinguishable velocity numbers for the beat bars within the requested range.
