### Enhancement Summary
Allow the ability to create a tempo automation track for a specific VST.

#### Justification
Such a feature allows for the ability to create more diverse sounds and stimulate user creativity.
#### Mockup
After clicking the 'wrench' icon for the VST inside VeSTige, display a tempo slider. I.e have it displayed here:
