Double-clicking russian-named mmpz file doesn't open it in Windows Explorer

Description
Double-clicking https://lmms.io/lsp/?action=show&file=15335 or https://lmms.io/lsp/?action=show&file=15325 doesn't open in LMMS.
I can open them using the file/open menu.
Renaming the file to "x.mmpz" or even "().mmpz" solves it as well.
[I searched for "open file explorer" to check for duplicate issues - very sorry if there already is one]
