Description

I'm using a trackball and have a graphics tablet connected to my computer (running arch) and whenever I click a knob and move the trackball at all the knob goes to 100% immediately. If I use the tablet, the knob is extremely sensitive, but works correctly. I've tried removing the tablet, but this doesn't seem to help with the trackball. The trackball is an Elecom deft pro and the tablet is a Huion 420 if that helps.

Research direction

No files, tests, or entry points are identified. Start by reproducing the knob interaction with the Elecom Deft Pro trackball, with and without the Huion 420 tablet, then locate the desktop knob input handling. Done means trackball movement adjusts the knob incrementally rather than jumping to 100%, while tablet input remains usable.
