Description
Hi guys. I do not know if this is a duplicate. when you have to add effects to many tracks, in the window of ''Add Effects'' you always have to search or write the same plugin many times, and this can be a waste of time, currently the window looks like this:

I suggest that in the window "add effects" be implemented:
- A favorite plugin tab.
- A tab of recent plugins.
- A button to preview plugin.
- Select several plugins by pressing '' ctrl ''.
- Sort selected plugins with drag and drop.
- The possibility of creating, saving and loading templates with presets of the selected plugins.
With these suggestions you can significantly improve the selection of plugins when using many effects, you can load plugins much easier and intuitive for new ones, the effects are a very important part in the mix, but it is a very repetitive task and therefore you must have a good effect manager for fewer complications. regards

Research direction
The issue does not name files, tests, or entry points; begin by locating the “Add Effects” window and reviewing how effects are selected. The requested scope includes favorites, recent plugins, previewing, multi-selection, drag-and-drop ordering, and effect templates, so a maintainer must define which part is complete before implementation can begin.
